Harina de trigo Bollo fino

1. 1 CUP of white flour
2. 1 tsp baking powder
3. 1 tsp baking soda
4. 2 tsp of apple cider vinager
5. 2 tsp sugar
6. pinch on salt
Wet Ingredietns:
7. 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
8. 2/3 CUP of water
9. 2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Combine Dry Ingredients.
2. Combine Wet with Dry mix.
3. Fry the pancakes on a non-stick pan.
