welcome back to my channel, this is a simplest healthy pancake recipe which can be done in under 5 minutes.
you can substitute blueberries with any fruit you like…
ingredients
2 1/4 flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup milk (or buttermilk)
2 tbsp butter melted
1 large egg
1/2 tsp oil
Directions
In a medium bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt
add in milk, egg and butter and mix until smooth
on a medium heat, spread 1/4 tsp oil in a pan.
using a 1/4 cup scoop the butter and spread in the pan, wait for some bubbles then flip to the other side (about 2 minutes)
repeat until batter is finished
transfer to a plate and serve
