Who else would like to cook with me AND MATT!! It’s just in time for pancake day and tastes too good to be syn free?! Tonight, i’m going to be showing you how i cook my syn free oat pancakes. It is super easy, super cheap and super healthy too!!

100g ROLLED OATS
3 EGGS
250ml SEMI SKIMMED MILK

hi guys look what my channel said todayI’m going to show you how to makehealthy oat pancakes that are slim orfriendly as well so if you’re interestedto see how I do them then just continue[Music]we new here welcome my name is Julietand I’ll do three videos a week on thischannel on all sorts so if that’s thekind of thing you’re interested in itthere is a little subscribe button downhere in red somewhere I would love foryou to click that and stick around it’scompletely free and talk to you butwithout further ado let’s get intotoday’s video okay so join slimmingworld last year and I wanted to try andmake recipes that were super morefriendly but also healthy for my husbandand the children as well and so myhusband actually came up with thisrecipe so I’ll talk you through exactlywhat you need and also the spin worldvalues booked it is just a healthyalternative to pancakes that’s good forall the family so first of all you’regoing to need 100 grams of rolled oatsthese are just unsweetened plain oatsfrom all day and there is a hundredgrams in here if you are doing slimmingworld you can actually have 40 grams asyour healthy extra so pretty much youcan have half of the batch of pancakesand you will still be only using yourhealthy extra for the day the next thingyou will need is three eggs and also 250milliliters of semi skimmed milk and thereason I use that amount is because ofthat is exactly your healthyextra on your dairy as well so if youwere actually to just have half of thisthen you would still be inside yourdaily lumps and not be using any sinswhatsoeverso technically without toppings sin freepancakesyou’ll also need or use a blender andsome fry light or light oil spray I justget mine from Aldi and that is all youneedI sometimes use stories inside you canuse a bit of Nutella or chocolate spreadand peanut butterraspberries bananas whatever you want onthem so you also will need two toppingsbut I will show you exactly how to makethe pancakes now okay so it couldn’t bean easier method to this so you get yourblendera little milk in first then your oatsand then your three eggs pop your lidback on and blend it and knowing you’reready to fry them okay so I’ve roped inMatt and please excuse this because ifyou do following my channel you willknow that we are currently we decoratein at the kitchen but I’ve roped my inbecause Matt made this recipe up and heactually cooks these are better than Ido so what you just need is a frying panobviously we use a nice deport smallpancake one and then you’ve got yourbatter now normally this makes abouteight pancakes so I’ve actually evenworked out the macro nutrient values foryou as well so you can know exactly howmuch is per pancake and I will show youthem away matt has finished[Music][Music]there it is there’s eight healthy oatpancakesthey are absolutely it’s for me I loveto eat mine weird strawberries but I’lljust quickly show you the macro nutrientvalue so each pancake we’ve made eightso those 88 calories per pancake proteinyou’ve got five point two five grams perpancake carbs is nine point two runs perpancake and fats is two point eightgrams per pound cake so if you are onany other diet or looking at yourmacronutrients or calorie intake that isthere for you but I really hope youenjoyed this video if you did don’tforget to give it a thumbs up and Iwould love for you to subscribe andstick around and have a lovely pancakeday[Music]
