Rolled Oats/ Whole Oats/Oatmeal – 2 1/4 cups
Banana – 1 large ripe
Eggs – 2
Almond Milk (or any milk of your choice) – 1 cup
Honey – 1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Baking Powder – 2 tsps
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Ground Cinnamon – 1 tsp
1. Eggs should be at room temperature to get perfectly fluffy pancakes.
2. The batter tends to get thicker as it sits, just add a little more of the milk and continue making pancakes.
3. These pancakes can be frozen and stored in an airtight container for upto a week.
