Recipe (will make you 15-20 pancakes depending on how big you make them)
Black forest ham 200g (use whatever is handy for you: ham,bacon,sausage,you name it)
Leek 1 piece aprox 500g (was a big leek)
Milk 650 ml
Flour 400g
Eggs 2 pieces
Salt and pepper (depends if your ham is salty or not,you have to adjust to taste)
Oil for frying (butter will work to)
Now the secret procedure:
1. Cut your ham and leek in small pieces and add them to a boal.
2. Add your milk,the eggs and sift the flour (why do I sifted the flour? Still not sure). Also salt and pepper.
3. Mix with a spoon,you should not have lumps. If you do so,you are in trouble ( Why you didnt sift the flour).
4.Heat up your pan (medium heat),brush with oil,and scoop your mixture in there. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side. If they colour to fast reduce the heat. If you are not sure with the salt cook one pancake, taste it and then add more salt. Easy with the salt, you can add more but you can not take off.
