Today we will bake Pancakes stuffed with meat filling. Pancakes cooked according to this recipe have a beautiful color, porosity, and amazing tenderness. These pancakes are hardly dry. They are baked quickly, do not stick, and do not torn. Even the first pancake will work out well, this is such a good recipe. And boiled milk will help us.
The meat filling is juicy and very tasty thanks to the addition of finely chopped onions and black pepper.
For the 12-14 Pancakes we need:
– Milk – 250 ml (1 cup)
– Kefir – 250 ml (1 cup)
– Sugar – 2 Tbsp
– Eggs – 2 pcs
– Flour – 1 cup
– Baking powder – 1 Tbsp (1/2 pack)
– Salt – 1/2 Tbsp
– Margarine – 50g
– Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp
Whisk well 2 eggs with 2 Tbsp of sugar. Add Kefir – 1 cup, Salt – 1/2 Tbsp, Flour – 1 cup, Baking powder – 1 Tbsp. Mix well. Leave the dough to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Boil 1 cup of milk, add 50g margarine, and 3 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Pour hot milk gently with a thin stream and at the same moment slowly stir the dough.
Preheat the pan well. For the first pancake, grease the pan with a little vegetable oil. Fry pancakes in a pan over low heat (#5 from 9) on both sides.
For the filling we need:
– Onions – 2 pcs
– Minced meat – 700g
– Salt – 1/2 Tbsp
– Black pepper – 1/2 Tbsp
Peel, chop and fry 2 onions.
Combine the minced meat with onions. Add Salt – 1/2 Tbsp, Black pepper – 1/2 Tbsp and fry for another 5-10 minutes.
Wrap the filling in pancakes, garnish with sauce and herbs.
