FLUFFY KETO ALMOND FLOUR PANCAKES I Cooking with My Daughter I Easy and Simple Recipe

The best fluffy almond flour keto pancakes!

This is a full batch recipe and makes 8-10 pancakes. Of course, you can make silver dollar pancakes and will get a lot more.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 oz cream cheese
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla flavoring or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond flour

Top with:

Butter

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend for 30 seconds or until incorporated
2. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes!
3. Heat up saucepan or griddle
4. Pour batter and cook pancakes on one side until bubbles start to form
5. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
6. Serve with your favorite maple syrup and butter!

hey guys welcome back to my channel I’mMayra from low-carb love and today we’regonna be making pancakesso these heel pancakes are made withalmond flour last week we made them withcoconut flour and you guys absolutelylove them so I’m super excited to bebringing this recipe to you this weeknow before we get started I do have aspecial guest that I want to introduceto you guys and she’s right here hi guysI’m Talia this is my daughter nottheyand she’s gonna be helping us make thisdelicious recipe today so we’re gonna goover the ingredients and get startedokay so last week we made a half recipeso this week I wanted to show you what afull recipe looks like here we have foureggs and you want to make sure that allyour ingredients are room-temperaturejust about everything mix as well so wehave four eggs four ounces of creamcheese that’s of course softened then wehave 3/4 of a cup of almond flour we’regonna use 1 tablespoon of sweetener thecinnamon is optional but I absolutelylove my pancakes with cinnamon so I doinclude that and if you want to measureI’d say about an eighth of a teaspoonand then we’re going to do two teaspoonsof baking powder and you can do eithervanilla extract or I have a blend sothis is a vanilla blend and I’m gonnause about one teaspoon but you can usebanana extract maple extract yourextract of choice so this is what weneed here and then we’ll also need ablender and we’re going to put all ofour ingredients in there and show youstep by step what we do so we’re goingto start by cracking all of our eggsinto our Bowl I mean into our cup so youcan this is the blender Cup but you canuse just a regular blenderokay so we’re gonna put all of ouringredients in here and I think now theygot a little shell in there so sometimespeople like to crack crack the eggs intoa separate Bowl so that in case anythinglike that happens it’s a lot easier toget them out right here we have fourounces of softened cream cheese okay sowe have four ounces of cream cheesegoing in now and next is 3/4 cup ofalmond flour okay be careful with thatcuz we don’t want that to fall over okaynow we’re gonna do 1 tablespoon ofscripture okay and these are fun to makewith the kiddos guys if you guys havekids and you want you want to make ahealthy breakfast this is great to havethem help out and they’re helping outwith the food that they’re gonna eatit’s just a great time to bond in thekitchen and not be and I do a lot ofcooking together and it’s definitelyhelped us bond and really just have agood time in the kitchen she is prettyobsessive cooking now and she loves tobake and do a lot of things here in thekitchen with me so it’s not too – oh andwe’re doing 2 teaspoons of baking powderokay let’s do 1 teaspoonthen they left Labor’s if you’re usingan extract you would only do about halfokay okay now we have our cinnamon andagain you probably want to do like aneighth of a teaspoon we only have afourth so we’re just gonna do like halfof that and that’s it so now we’re goingto blend this up so one of the majormajor things that you need to rememberwhen making these pancakes is after youblend you have to let the batter sit forten minutes I don’t know it just makes ahuge difference and it’s how you end upgetting a fluffy pancake so let’s goblend this and I’ll show you what’s upokay so now we are going to cover ourblender cup again remember you don’thave to use a blender cup it could be aregular-sized blender okay you’re gonnaand you’re just gonna blend untileverything is well incorporated okaylightsokay so now that we’ve blended that letme show you what about it looks like andremember we’re gonna let this babysitfor ten minutes okay guys so we’re aboutto start cooking here’s our batter seehow thick it is and we’re just gonna ruba little bit of butter on here I don’tknow if you guys do this differently butI’m pretty savage like in the kitchenand I just rub it straight out of thepackage you know okayand of course you’re gonna choose howbig you want your pancakes so if youwant to make one huge one you knowlittle dollar size minis it’s totally upto you so these are pretty much ready toflip I just want it I want you guys tosee how thick they are because you guysalways ask how I get my pan keeps sofluffy and the trick here is lettingthis batter sit this has to sit out youcannot rush it because they’ll turn outsuper flat and you guys don’tnecessarily need to have a griddle thesecan definitely be made stovetop just FYIbut let’s go ahead and top them withsome butter and syrup okay guys we haveour pancakes now we’re ready to put
