Pancakes with Banana
2 Ripe Banana
2 eggs or 1 cup egg whites
1 cup rolled oats or gluten free oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp coconut flour
Combine all the ingredients. Divide into 2 arts and add 1 & 1/2 tbsp cacao .
Apply coconut oil lightly on the pan and make pancakes.
Dress the pancakes up with your choice of sugar free jams, nuts and fruits.
