Partner and Food Editor Silvana shows you how to make these easy pancakes decorated three ways.
The light pancake batter takes 10 minutes to prepare but leave to rest for 30 minutes for a lighter consistency. Serve the pancakes with a variety of toppings to satisfy all tastebuds. Simple and classic, squeeze the zesty lemon juice and a sprinkle of sugar or serve with toffee apples and vanilla ice cream.
