Welcome, Escape Adventure Family. Today Jared shows us how to make Cobbler Pancakes. This dish is a camp classic for our tours and we are excited to show you how to make it at home.

Ingredients:
– Kodiak Pancake Mix
– Water
– Egg
– Toppings of your choice
Instructions:
1:1 (Mix/water), add 1 egg, stir till batter is even, let rest. Add butter to the pan, pour mix to fill pan fully. Add cobbler to the pancake while cooking, flip and let golden brown. Garnish with syrup and powder sugar.
