Cooking Pancakes on the Blackstone

Classic Pancakes are a great staple and something even more exciting to have when you cook them outside. Here is how to cook a classic pancake on the Blackstone Griddle. The first tip is to cook it at the right temperature. Pancake batter is a rising batter and cooking it at the right temperature allows it enough time to rise. 375° is the target temperature for the griddle top.
