[Music]yellow[Music]so these are my ingredients they’repretty basic just like some sugar someflour baking powder milk I added somecreme fraiche to make it thicker andsome real extract by the way the recipethat I’m using will be in thedescription you guys can check it out ifyou want to try it or if you want to seelike the instructions or anything likethat[Music][Music]the first step is basically to separatetwo eggs and then put the egg whites inthe freezer 15 minutes I think that’sbecause then they’re thicker when wewhip them as you can see I’m not thebest that’s separating like the yolk andthe white and I broke both of the yolksit’s okay doesn’t matter that much[Music]then once eat egg whites are in thefreezer you have to add the milk and thevanilla extract to the egg yolks andthen whisk it until thick and frothy[Music][Music]then after that mixtures go a bit bubblyyou have to add the flour and the bakingpowder you have to sift it so it’s likesmooth and[Music]then it said you had to mix to combinethoroughly but do not over mix and thenset that aside I think that’s justbecause we can do more mixing with thatlater so use least I combine them[Music]then after the really weird frozen eggwhites out you have to feed them withlike pad whisker or if you have like abig machine one then you can do thatit says do it until it turns frothy andpale white and then gradually add thesugar and then you have to like speed itup a bit after you’ve added the sugar inthe recipe it says you have to stopeating when you lift up the hand mixerand the egg whites stand up with stiffpeaks slightly bending over I think Idid that quite right not really sure Ithink it’s pretty good[Music]then this is a big bit where you have tocombine the white mixture and the lightyellow mixture it says take one-third ofegg whites and add two egg yolk mixturewhisk together and it said don’t worryabout air bubbles yeah but then the nexttime you do it you have to do it likesoftly but you still do itwith the whisk Viesturs do it gently sothat the air bubbles don’t pop I thinkand it keeps it like Sophie said thenyou have to add a tiny bit on top justto make it like stack up a bit who had abit more later as you can see the wateris not like steaming off of the pan andit’s meant to do that it’s not in therecipe but I just seem to ignore thatbecause my heat was way too low as youcan see the water was like spreadinginstead of like steaming it’s not meantto like fizz off it’s just meant tosteam a bit which I was not doing[Music]I just said my temperature is too lowand then after you’ve done this aftersix or seven minutes you were meant toflip it and this is kind of when it gotme messed up because as I said my heatis way too low so they were not cookedthrough completely like underdone so Ijust cooked them for a bit longer I’mnot sure if I turned up the heat at thispoint but if I didn’t do it now then Idid a bit laterI just steamed them a bit so yeah then Itried using this metal spatula thingwhich kind of failed it just said to useand recipe and that’s what she used thenI went off camera and I actually flippedone and I failed it when it gets theside of the pan and it looked like a bitdisaster but the second one that Iflipped actually looked all right likeit did kind of tear a little bit I’mdone but it was okay and then Iattempted to flip the third one whichwas very kind of mister[Music]so after I did that this was like when Ihe slept the pound of applause and Icould have moot and seen them so I kindof started cooking them right after thisand I could like flip them and I scarydon’t open them until I thought theywere pretty much done[Music][Music]so they’re pretty much dead at thispoint they look really ugly but it’sokay it’s all about what they taste likeand to be honest they actually tastedreally goodbut like the looks or tastethank you guys so much for watching thisvideo again I didn’t film an outro butlet me know if you want more videos likethis some sort of challenge cooking orsomething like that or baking see ya bye
