Exact Ingredients :
2 eggwhites (from large eggs)
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
For the filling :
300ml whipping cream
1 cup icing sugar ( adjust sweetness level if you like)
(Beat until stiff peaks)
For chocolate dip:
I use semi sweet dark block chocolates)
1/2 cup whipping cream
(Melt in microwave) or you can melt it in the stove
