If you ever wonder what pancakes to make easy and tasty gluten, sugar and milk free Crepes or thin pancakes using grain you have never tried, here is my recipe!
To make these pancakes you will need BUCKWHEAT and to make your pancakes even more health and tasty I prefer to use green buckwheat!
Here is a thing, if you go to groceries shop and can’t find buckwheat flour, it is no problem, buy grains and grind them at home with e.g. coffee been grinder 🙂
To make these pancakes you will need:
150-200 g or a cup of green buckwheat flour
2 very ripe bananas
a bit of salt
1 glass of water ~ 300ml
a bit of oil to cook
+if you want extra taste you can add cinnamon, for extra color you can add turmeric
Overall these pancakes are easy to make, wont take more than 15 minutes to make, and wont take more than 15 minutes to eat them all, because they are so gooood!
Green buckwheat are very healthy and since you dont need to add any sugar to make these pancakes you can call these buckwheat pancakes not only tasty, but in some way healthy! 🙂
