Big Sunday Breakfast

This Big Keto Breakfast is keto friendly, low carb, sugar free and super easy to make.

Ingredients
8-12 slices of bacon
4-6 eggs
2 tbs heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/3 cup of birch benders keto pancake mix
1 cup of water

Place your bacon in your frying pan and cook over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and crispy. Or place in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Remove and pat dry with a paper towel.

Crack open your eggs and scramble with heavy whipping cream, season with salt and pepper and cook over a medium heat with olive oil. Continue mixing so nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until eggs are scrambled and no longer runny.

To a bowl add you birch benders pancake mix and water and stir to combine once combined let sit for 5 minutes the mix will thicken up a bit. In a clean pan add your olive oil and or butter over a medium heat and add in your pancakes mix 2-4 pancakes at a time depending on the size of your pan. Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes per side flip and cook the remaining half of the pancakes. Remove from the pan and enjoy.
