Cassava pancake Ingredients :
2 cups Cassava (grated)
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter (melted)
Banana leaves
How to cook kamoteng kahoy :
1. Combine cassava, brown sugar, coconut milk and butter. Mix properly, set aside
2. Wipe the surface of the banana leaf to remove dirt
3. Cut the banana leaf into a round shape
4. In a pan, place banana leaf then put the cassava mixture
5. Cover then cook for at least 15 minutes(medium heat)
6. Flip then cook other side for 10 minutes or more.
7. Serve hot
