BEST CHOCOLATE PANCAKES | EGGLESS| Healthy Pancakes- no refined sugar & flour | Wholewheat pancakes

I love eating pancakes for breakfast ( lunch and dinner haha) and more do if they’re these EGGLESS HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PANCAKES 🍫


1+1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp white vinegar / lemon juice
1+ 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar/ jaggery powder/ Demerara sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil / melted butter

For chocolate sauce –

1/2 cup milk chocolate
2 tbsp vegetable oil

[Music]hey everybody and welcome back toanother episode of Big Finish today weare making refined flour free refinedsugar free eggless chocolate pancakeslet’s get startedalright so I’m starting with one and ahalf cups of milk and to this I’m addinga tablespoon of white vinegar this helpsme make my pancakes softer but you canskip the step altogether I’m mixing boththese ingredients together and I’ll setit aside for five minutes in a separatebowl I’m adding whole wheat flour or ourtie if you like you could also use medaone teaspoon of baking powder and half ateaspoon of baking sodaI am also adding 1/4 cups of cocoapowder and 1/4 cup of coconut sugar youcould use jaggery or any sugar that youhave at handnow using a widdle spoon I’ll just mixmy dry ingredients together untilthey’re nicely combined once the dry mixis ready we’ll start adding the wetingredients firstly the milk and vinegarmixture that we set aside earlier ifyou’re not adding vinegar you could addplain one and a half cups of milk atthis stage do this 1/3 cups of hot waterand 1/4 cup of vegetable oil if youdon’t have oil you could also use meltedbutter time to grab that wooden spoonagain and give everything of good mixuntil a thick delicious chocolatepancake batter comes together[Music][Music]it’s now time to cook the pancakes I’musing a nonstick pan here and brushingit with vegetable oil you need to setyour pan on low flame and let it heat alittleonce you pan is hot scoop out say about1/4 cup of the batter and pour it on thehot pan you don’t need to spread thebatter anything as you would see andspread out a little on its own and takea cute little circular shape now bepatient and let the pancakes cook slowlyon low heat don’t increase the heatotherwise you’ll burn your pancakesso I’ll cook the pancake for a couple ofminutes and when you start seeing theseair bubbles on the surface that’s whenyou know that you need to flip yourpancake be super careful and then cookit on the other side for another coupleof minutes[Music]repeat it with the rest of the batterthis recipe makes about 10 pancakes ofthis size I know I know these aresupposed to be healthy pancakes but Ilove eating them with some ice cream andthis chocolate sauce thing that I makeby melting half a cup of milk chocolatewith a couple of tablespoons ofvegetable oil it honestly just takesthese pancakes to the next level[Music]I really hope you guys like thesepancakes as much as I do and if youenjoyed watching this video hit the likebutton and subscribe to the channelpress the bell I can you guys know thedrill and send me pictures on instagramat shave age 17 I’ll see you guys withanother recipe very soon until thenhappy baking and take care
