Banana Pancakes

Learn how to make Banana Pancakes from scratch with this easy breakfast recipe. These pancakes are quick and easy to make which means they are perfect for a breakfast during the week or a brunch on the weekends.

My cooking/baking is based on my personal taste and I always do it my way. I just love cooking food and making video recipes of it, even my first time cooking. Ingredients:
1 ripe Banana
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 Egg
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp water

Instructions:
*In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
*Add all the ingredients, flour, milk powder, sugar, egg, veg oil, and water (optional).
*Mix until well combined.‏
*Spoon batter onto pan and cook over low to medium heat.
*Cook the pancake until bubbles begin, flip it over and continue cook another side.
*Makes 8 medium sized pancakes.
*Place the pancakes into a serving plate and serve with your desired toppings.
