Apple Pancakes made at Home | Best Breakfast Pancakes | Easy Pancakes Recipes | Delicious Pancakes

Here is an Another Breakfast Favourite 🥞 😍. You wake up some mornings and you crave a dessert but that will take hours. Instead of ordering or giving up altogether, I have a brilliant option- Pancakes. They can so easily have the dessert flavours you desire. One such creation inspired by 🍎pie is my delicious 🍎pancakes. They make an amazing brunch option as well.

Apple Pancakes
Prep time 10 minutes
Cooking time 5-10 minutes
Total time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients
250 gms Flour
1.5 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
180 ml Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla essence
100gms Butter
Zest of one Lime
Pinch of nutmeg

Method
1. Seive the dry ingredients- flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well with a spoon
2. Now for wet ingredients crack an egg into a bowl add milk, vanilla essence, zest of 1 lemon and a little nutmeg and honey. Beat with a fork till everything is combined.
3. Next we need to mix the wet and dry ingredients. And with a balloon whisk mix it together. Don’t forget to scrap the side and take off the flour stuck on the whisk. Time to grate in one apple till u reach the core.
Mix one last time with a spoon and don’t worry if u see lumps it doesn’t need to be a smooth batter but remember not to overmix.
4. Heat the butter heart emoji on medium heat once it almost melted add a quarter cup batter. When you see lots of bubbles forming on top it will be time to flip. The other side will take a minutes to cook. You are looking for a golden brown colour.

Serve with a knob of butter, 1/4 tsp sprinkled cinnamon (optional) and a whole lot of honey.
