Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup (Can also use 1/2 cup wheat flour and 1/2 cup maida)
Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp (can also use same amount of vanilla)
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp (Can also use Jaggery)
Milk – 1 cup + 1/4th cup
Honey or Chocolate Syrup to serve.
