In ancient Greece and Rome, pancakes were made from wheat flour, olive oil, honey, and curdled milk. Still pancakes remain an emotion. Let’s take a look at the ingredients and preparation of Oats Banana Pancake.
Oats 1cup (250 ml cup)
Milk 1/2 glass (125 ml)
Banana 2
Wheat flour 1/4 cup (60 ml cup) or 3tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt (pinch)
Egg 2
Method of preparation
• Mix wheat flour and baking powder well and sieve, so that the texture
of pancake will be soft.
• Mix oats and wheat flour well and keep aside.
• Add Banana, Milk, Sugar and Egg in a mixer grinder and blend.
• Pour to oats and wheat mixture and mix well without lumps.
• Add cinnamon powder and vanilla essence and mix.
• Add pinch salt to balance sugar level.
• Spread little butter on a heated pan.
• After that pour pancake batter.
• Flip after 2 minutes. Flame is in between medium and low.
• Both sides are cooked well, we can transfer to plate.
• Garnish with Honey, Banana and Cherry.
