These are Healthy Whole Wheat Double chocolate chips cookies. These are Eggless cookies. In this recipe I have used Jaggery powder instead of sugar. In this video I have baked some of the cookies in the oven and some on a Pan. So make them with oven or whithout oven choice is yours, they will anyways turn out very tasty.
So feel free to indulge in these cookies as they are healthier than the regular ones.
Ingredients:
1/2cup Jaggery (you can use Castor sugar or brown sugar)
1/2cup Softened Butter
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1cup Whole Wheat flour
1/4th cup Cocoa powder
Pinch of Salt
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/3rd cup Chocolate chips
1/4th cup Milk (Add only as much required)
Chocolate chips for garnishing
Oil for greasing
