Vlogmas #4 – Old Time Family Recipe – No Bake Cookies (plus pantry update!)

Join me today as I share my finished pantry organization (lazy Susan) and make a delicious, low cost Christmas family tradition cookie!

Recipe:
Combine in heavy saucepan:
2 c sugar
1/3 c cocoa powder
1 stick butter
1/2 c milk

Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat and add:
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c peanut butter
3-4 cups QUICK oats (not old fashioned oats)

Spoon onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet.
