INGREDIENTS:
(for 6 Servings)
-Chocolate Oreos (36 count)
-Melted Butter (5 tablespoons)
-Cream Cheese (3 cups)
-Sugar (1/3 cup)
-Vanilla Extract ( 1 tablespoon)
-Warm Milk ( 1 cup)
-Gelatin ( 1 tablespoon)
PREPARATION:
1. Separate the cream from the cookie in different bowls
2. Put the cookies into a bag and crush them and then set aside 1/2 cup for later
3.Put the crumbles in a bowl and mix with the melted butter until it has a wet sand texture.
4.Press the cookie crumbs in the pan and set aside
5.In a pot on low heat, mix: the cream cheese, sugar, cream from the cookies, and the vanilla. Mix until there are no lumps
6.In a cup mix the Milk and gelatin until dissolved.
7. Pour the milk into the cream and stir until it bubbles.
8. Pour the ix on top of the cookie crust and smooth the top
9. Decorate the top with the remaining cookie crumbs
10. refrigerate for 4+ hours or over night
