I all I do a video showing you how Imake cookies so something you can have ago at making them yourself are theingredients although it’s after I’vemade them because I messed up that videoso let’s just do it againwe got one medium egg we have got milkchocolate chips flat and butter we willneed a hundred and twenty-five gramssugar is a hundred and ten grams ofcaster sugar and 115 grams of dark brownsugar and then self raising flour whichwill be 220 grams also our picture is ateaspoon of vanilla extract which I’llput in a bowl with the egg and also halfa teaspoon of salt which helps it allwork quite wellat this point I would preheat the ovenso I’m going to put it on 180 on a fanoven be difficult to do we’re lookingfor the camera there we go alright sonow we’re gonna start adding ingredientsto my fantasy fans mixer[Music]and we go sugarand then we’re gonna mix it together Iuse a dough hook which is done on awhipping up I just want to stay[Music]one problem with said Davis’s I have tofocus[Applause]right so that’s fairly well mixedtogether so now I’m gonna add the eggand vanillaenough to put this down to her to scrapethe last bit vanilla in yes and thevanilla I use is is in sugar syrup ninealcohol by the way in case any of youwere wondering righthow to scrape for youthe camerathat’s that stageall right there we goit looks fairly well mixed so on to thenext stage in the next stage is a bitdifficult with one hand but or attemptit so adding the flap okay I’m gonnahave to sift this in one key ingredientI missed out saying is this recipe coulddo with 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon of saltwell I bet in a second as well so nextwe’re gonna stir in the flour slowly ifI get it the right direction[Music][Applause][Applause]so next ended up at the chocolate chipsin I almost forgot so it was almostnonchalant Shoplet chip cookies it helpsif you have to Hoover’s in the room withyou at all timesones just gone so chocolate chip cookiesso we need chocolate chip[Applause][Music][Applause]okay so all mixed up I avoided the dogsgetting any chocolate tips so that wasgood yeah if you don’t have a mixer youcan all do all this by hand I’m justlazy right so next up will be shapingthem and sticking them on baking traysyeah so to make them the cookies I makethem into balls make sure about that bigI like cookies to be fairly small it’squite difficult to get them small ifyou’re not used to you tend to make themtoo bignormally I’m making this recipe for alot more I tend to times this recipe byfour when I’m making it but now I’m athome and not with people to give them toit’s a bit smaller so we’ll see if thisworksall right so I’ve rolled them out putthem on baking paper because they’renonstick and it means I can’twell when I’m making big batches I canjust take the paper off the baking trayand put and I’ve a lot in it’s usuallyquite useful so I roll them into littleballs and then I flatten them slightlydoesn’t look like many and they lookvery well spaced out but they’re goingto spread I’m never quite sure how muchthey’re going to spread so we’ll see ina minutenext I’m going to put them in the oventhe oven are CIPA for is on 180 degreesmaybe something didn’t air already[Applause][Music][Applause][Applause][Applause]so we leave that for well it’s seven toten minutes depending on how soft youwant them so I’m gonna try seven maybeeight oh yeah I forgot to show off my mygadget skills Alexa time seven minutes[Music]Alexa stop it steamed up there we goas you can seewell doneBrown and then spread outright here we go and this is why youstick it on parchment paper you can doand then I can stick the next batch backon the baking tray and when you’re doinglike eight batches which is what I’mnormally doing that tends to help save alot of time right so once they’ve cooleda little bit they crack up and look likeproper cookies I usually take them offthe paper which is easiest they don’tstick and put them on racks as you cansee I already did the first batch I didtry and film that but I messed up thefilming so this is the second law therewas 18 in the first lot and 17 in thesecond although if you count them nowthey’re not all there because I’vealready eaten a few so this is made up35 cookies quite small ones but I tendto think that most people make them toobig when they’re making their owncookies if you want lots just eat lotsall right there we go everyone that wasmy how to make cookies video for me iscringing the extreme but there we gothere we go let me know if anyone makesthem and how it goes unless it goesbadly maybe don’t let me know then yepsee you again
