In this video I walk you through how to make a delicious sugar cookie dough using what it referred to as the creaming method.
Sugar Cookie (makes 2 dz 3.5″ cookies)
400 g AP flour (or 150 whole grain stone ground wheat and 250 AP flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
225 g butter
360 g sugar
100 g (2 each) eggs
1 TBs vanilla extract
Step one: Cream butter and sugar
Step two: measure dry ingredients
Step three: add vanilla and eggs to butter/ sugar
Step four: add dry ingredients
Step five: chill for at least one hour
