Learn how to make tasty shortbread cookies. Great for the holidays.
You will need.
-2cups flour
-14 cup of white sugar
-14 cup of icing sugar
-1cup of butter
-1 tsp of vanilla
preheat oven 350F
In a stand mixer cream butter, then cream together both sugars. Add vanilla extract mix. Then add 2 cups of flour 1 cup at a time, till you get a clumping dough. On a floured surface mix dough into a ball. Then roll dough out with a rolling pin. With a cookie cutter or cup, cut out cookies. Put cookies on a cookie sheet lightly butter or you can use a pastry mat. Bake cookies 8-10 minutes till cookies are lightly brown on edges. Done yummy shortbread cookies.
