This time, i’m not sharing about a workout or yoga tutorials, but a healthy snack recipe that i love 3000 :). I found this recipe from www.biggerbolderbaking.com and do a bit of modification to fit ingredients that could be easily found in Indonesian Convenience Store 🙂
Full Recipe:
No Bake Chocolate Chips Cookies
1. Butter or Margarin [15 gr / 2 tbsp]
2. Vanilla extract (optional) [1/2 tsp]
3. Mix of White and Brown sugar [20 gr each or use only 1 of them for 40 gr]
4. Milk [1.5 tbsp]
5. Salt [1/4 tsp]
6. Oat flour* [65 gr]
7. Chocolate chips [40 gr]
No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
1. Oat flour* [128 gr]
2. Salt [1/4 tsp]
3. Peanut butter [85 gr]
4. Vanilla extract [1/2 tsp]
5. Honey [75 gr]
6. Chocolate (opsional) [100 gr], melt it with 1 tbsp of margarin
*HOW TO MAKE OAT FLOUR
Just blend the old fashioned oats / rolled oats. That’s it 🙂
