Ragi Cookies – How To Make Finger Millet Cookies – Healthy Snacks | Eggless | Shweta Angne | Ep -16
● 1.5 cup Ragi flour
● 2-3 tablespoon whole wheat flour
● 100 gm Ghee
● 1/2 cup jaggery
● 1 tsp cardamom powder
● little milk or water
● pinch of salt
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. Mix all the ingredients and form a dough
3. Add little milk or water if too dry.
4. Make cookies and bake for 15 min or until bottom is browned slightly.
5. Let them cool completely as they will harden more later too.
6. Store in an airtight container.
1. Can roast the flours too before using.
2. Skip WW Flour for a gluten free version
3. Use flavorless oil instead of ghee for a vegan option.Replace milk with water.
4. Can add dry fruits too to garnish.
