[Music][Applause][Music]welcome to out the pantry a show bornout of boredom quarantine anddeliciousnessI am your cook for today Brampton todaywe are gonna make caramel epidemiccookiesI to enjoy a delicious snack when youcombine two candy so let’s get startedall right come on down come on downfirst things first we gotta preheat theoven I’m gonna go to about 350 I’mexcited for all this deliciousness I’vealready prepped some of the food itemsso what we’re gonna be doing today Itook this recipe and off the internetbecause I’m not a baker in baking is ascience and the other thing too it’sonly baking if there’s flour so we’re ina black shirt always is a good decisionwe’re gonna take a succulent bowl ofbrown sugar put that in there we’regoing to do 1/2 cup wakey their sugarokay that’s not salty see folks my momlikes to play pranks on me so let’sthrow that bad boy in there now we’regonna add 1 cup of butter or two sticksTed we’re gonna add two room-temperatureeggs or if you’re going to be reallyfancy that is 8 quail eggs all rightonce we have all that stuff in there noextract in my case I’ve only gotimitation so real stuff is best but ifyou can’t afford it go for invitationpretty please if you get an excessamount of vanilla don’t worryeverything’s best Ohmy favorite is my favorite partsome of you may know what this isbut for you young pets I know in factyou don’t know what this is with all weuse now is digit and this is a handmixer everything is all put in herewe’re just going to go ahead and mix ituntil it’s a nice blend go ahead andflour it upoh yeah so I did room temperature butterroom temperature eggs because like Isaid before if they’re a little bit coldthey’re gonna be still congealed andkind of well they ain’t gonna go overevenly when you start mixing can youover mix maybe I’m not professional inyour board oh yeah we’re gonna put insome flour I’ve already got one cup in aprep Bowl are you ready for some morehere the fact that I have yet to getsomeone me is actually surprisinganother and now the oven is ready a halfa cup of flour so two cups along withhalf a cup of ahead firstfirst you see that folks this is winenow we’re gonna add the baking soda itlooks like 1 teaspoon of baking sodaget your little hand a little littlescoop right here baking soda salt alwaysuse kosher I don’t care who you arewhere you’re from because iodized isnasty that is use ok so once everythingis in there now we’re gonna mix it againnow the good part caramel caramel M&Mswe’re gonna put three and a half cups ofthese bad boys in this bowl so don’tthink I have enough 1 cup almost a cuphonestly this whole bag okay like thatget in there so this is the firstepisode about the pantry but fifthepisode of quarantine kitchen if you askyour not afraid okay so we’re gonnaleave the oven on but we’re gonna coolthis dough a little bit cuz I don’t wantthem to go in there and get flat soafter these messages[Music]I lived in the original speeds up toabout 40 seconds ago i understad throwin cinema hardshell candy chunkstrademark maybe put it almost like put awhole bag it was like a five pound bagalmost three cups three cups of hardshelled chocolate chunks the recipecalls for 3/4 that’s 3/4 that’s notgonna come but we’re gonna do what wewant because here at OTP yolo bringingit back with these bad boys on a cookiesheet so grab yourself a spoon or handwhatever you want so go ahead and dip ohthat’s a good cookie size right therelook at that cookie sighs all right somy thing is ladies and gentlemen I justwant you to cook something from scratchit tastes better you know what’s in itand if it doesn’t turn out as great asit should it’s still edible[Music]but here at OTP we knew we wanted ergoyou see how big these cookie dough ballsare they’re sweet so I will say all Idid was it’s like chilled to do a littlebit because I when they get in there Idon’t want them automatically just kindof going down but I didn’t breach thepan either let’s put these suckers inthis oven so we’re gonna beat those inthere for about nine to maybe elevenminutes and then about halfway throughwe’re gonna rotate them so we’re makingcookies I just put a big one in like 24minutes ago so now we’re waiting sooverall I think the takeaways from thisis real food review your notes figureout what you want to do learn that 3/4cup is not 3 cups so thanks to beingthere but you can do stuff like thisso I’m Brandon this is out the pantry
