what’s cooking guys this is foodie fuelin this video we’re going to be makingprotein cookies with no sugar or flourinstead we’ll be using bananas tonaturally sweetened the cookies with theingredients and nutritional informationon the screen let’s get started for thisrecipe we’ll be needing two medium ripebananas 1 cup of oats peanut butter andwhey protein powderpeel both bananas into a large bowl mashup the bananas using a fork the moreripe the banana is the easier it is tomash up and also the sweeter the cookiewill taste pour in 1 cup of oatsadd 2 scoops of whey protein powder ofyour choice and lastly one and a halfteaspoons of peanut butter now it’s timeto mix everything together as wecontinue to mix the protein powder willmake our cookie dough more runny untilit forms a smooth consistency optionallyyou can add in some raisins or chocolatechips to enhance the flavour grab ourbaking tray and cover it with parchmentpaper use some cooking spray or if youdon’t have any at home like me justsmear a bit of cooking oil around thepaper taking our cookie mixture we canscoop out 12 chunks to form our cookiesshape the sides of the cookies to makethem rounder our cookies won’t puff upanymore after baking so try to make themlook nice now let’s preheat our oven to350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake ourcookies for 15 minutes once they’re doneset aside to cooland finally our cookies are ready to eat[Music][Applause]and there you have it I made thesecookies without adding any extra sugarthey’re naturally sweetened by thebananas and are packed with protein youshould definitely try making these athome and let me know in the commentsbelow how you think they taste if youlike this video remember to Like andsubscribe and I’ll see you in the nextone[Music]
