[Music][Applause][Music]so hello everyone let me introduce youto an coin of Paragon home loans and Iam of course Palin wrong with the Palinteam of Keller Williams Syracuse we areall going crazy I guess and mandatedstay at home one of the things I’vealways enjoyed a man’s chocolate chipcookies and she is gracious enough totell her secret and apparently there isa secret to having moist soft wonderfuldelicious cookies no but let us knowwhat the ingredients are start what Ialways do is I take the butter out ofthe refrigerator even the night forsometimes nice and soft and you use anentire comfortable divider so that’s twosticks or half of the container and Iput that and then three quarters of acup actually let me back up for a secondfirst thing I do I wash my handsingredients out on the counter so I knowthat I’m not going to be with us orsomething so it’s all right here alittle sidebar here brown sugar which3/4 of a cup you probably know this withthe brown sugar like I said I start bydrinking everything and as I use them Iput everything back Oh clever girlso two sticks of butter 3/4 of a cup ofwhite sugar and brown sugar and ateaspoon of vanilla and I’ve already inthere put it away I mix it up now whatthe eggs one at a time you know just putthem in there we go one at a time andmix it up individually thing um how areyou doing through this pandemic are youable to work full time so you’re able toyes okay so and your ingredients are allin one place unlike me I’m gonna have torearrange things it’s made deliciouschocolate chips ah the all-importantchocolate chip oh I love for nuts you doI do actuallyI vote for oatmealmy husband is not a fan and he is goingto be the primary consumer oh I don’tknow Lauren and I could probably driveover keep our social distance I like todo my your batter is done it’s done ohmy gosh that was so fast and easy toowhen I’m washing the final pan andputting it away are the cookies baked bythen yes everything’s done yep I put iton the cookie sheet you don’t have tothis is gonna be so easy I’m gonna needmy chocolate chip cookies anymorebecause you’re really making your own OhNo I’ll still put in my order and hahawell maybe we’ll do Oh meal next time Ido like those oh can you lift up thetray so we can see here is the tenminutes away from finish product I’mhungry yeah there’s no way Joe shouldeat all those cookies Joe we’re justthinking of you thank you so you’re thesecret far after get to that point whichis nineplease was to sunset I don’t think he’sgive it awayhe’s trying to earn money for this bigshe’s doing this for the benefits of allof Serkis land and beyond I don’t tellyou when it’s all about story I rinse myfingers one more time you know it’s goodto know you wash your hands so muchwhile you make these cookies that we allgobble up and our open houses so what Iwas going to say about the secret issimply to follow the directions thedirections and I will say Nestle’s TollHouse cookie thing Wegmans cookie baghere’s the thing people and I always didit myself and to just put all theingredients in put everything in okayand dump it in you do that you have todo it exactly in the order that it sayswhich is the two sugars the butter oneegg at a time mix those first mix thatall up next mix that all up combine thedry ingredients the flour the bakingsoda salt mix that and gradually put itin and don’t just dump it in and thenthe chips last well then the last piecewith I never practiced when we takethose out of the oven you’re going tosee them put it on top of the stove andlet it sit there for two minutes I don’tknow why it makes a difference well Iput the next batch in right on the sheetright on the cookie sheet and then afterthey have two minutes I put it on thesethose racks and that’s where theycomplete the cooling of the processhey are those cookies ready it’s likecookies I smell no no no don’t take apeek I just turned the light onunderneath there oh I see that oh mygoshyou think I was kidding about pickingout the batch ID it’s a beautiful sunnyday I have my mask not quite ready butso how many can Joe eat in an evening nono no Joe I don’t want to be responsiblefor you being the Cookie Monster so itreally goes pretty quickly and hardlyany of this flower everywhere okay I’dsay they’re about done don’t forget thetip is audience to let them sit for twominutes late on the tray I wouldn’tthink that um it makes it so that theydon’t break apart when you’re trying totransfer them to the right back so howmany cookies are you making an oh yeahno plenty to go aroundoh they look delicious I will definitelymake yourself in this coronavirus behindus and put them on their cooling rackand they’ll be done and you make it lookeasy simple I wish you I wish you couldjust see how I think that’s because offollowing the directions because cookiesalways very hard after and you know ahalf hourminimum fuss well and thank you so muchyou’re a good financing resource andcookie recipe
