Ingrédients
200 gr Almond flour
300 gr Sugar
4 egg whites
15 gr.honey
I found the recipe in an old French book and then I saw it in another one,there was no way I don’t make them.These are so moist and chewy I can’t describe you how delicious they are.They feel if they’ve been diped in sugar syrup but it’s the water that makes them moist like this.It just an amazing way to make crunchy cookies-moist.TRY THEM
