Oats are gluten free whole grains, which are filled with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. They will help in weight loss and controlling blood sugar. The one we are using here is instant rolled oats, whole grain high protein high fibre DISANO OATS.
This is a crunchy cookie from Instant OATS. A perfect snack for tea time. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

➡️INGREDIENTS FOR OATS COOKIES:

Oats – 1 cup
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Brown sugar – 3/4 cup
Butter – 100g
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Milk – 2 tbsps
Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Almonds, Cashews & Raisins – Few

➡️PREPARATIONS FOR OATS COOKIES:

1. Take 1 cup of oats, 1 cup wheat flour, baking powder, salt, 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder and mix everything together in a mixing bowl.
2. Take 3/4 cup of brown sugar and sieve it.
3. Now transfer this sugar to a separate mixing bowl.
4. To this add 100g of unsalted butter and beat it along with the sugar .
5. Then add the mixed flour little by little to the butter and mix it well.
6. Add some chopped nuts, raisins and tsp of vanilla essence and knee to get a dough.
7. Take a ball size dough and shape it and keep it on the baking tray.

➡️HOW TO BAKE OATS COOKIES WITH OVEN:

1. Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180°C.
2. Bake the cookies for 15 mins at 180°C.

➡️HOW TO BAKE OATS COOKIES WITHOUT OVEN:

1. Place the cookie dough on the idly plate and heat the idly cooker for 20 to 25 mins.
2. Keep the first 3 minutes at high flame and remaining low flame.

Our crunchy healthy oats cookies are ready.
Allow the oats cookies to cool completely and enjoy.
