No Bake Cookies with Special Guest

making this dishwell this dessert since we were likeeight years old every time she’d comeover to my house it was the first thingwe would deal with her first night toWyoming and we would bake the cookiesyes that’s something I’m gonna make sotoday we are gonna be making no bakecookies also than those boiled cookiesand y’all were the ones that introducedme to this like I didn’t I never hadthat before y’all so they’re really goodI don’t know how to explain them besidesthey’re no bake and they’re chocolatepeanut butter and oatmeal and they’resuper easy and they’re addictingdelicious you paint them warm right outright off the pan my favorite or myfavorite wait till the next day whenthey like just dry oh it was so good butthey’re really easy so let’s go aheadand go over what you’re going to need somilk sugar whole oats peanut buttercocoa powder butter vanilla and saltthat’s it this requires no baking ittakes probably five to ten minutes tomake and then you have the perfectnobody cookie so looking for our whitepaperoh and parchment paper yeah I alwaysforget one ingredient but you’ll needparchment paper you’ll understand why alittle bit okay let’s go ahead and getstartedoh thank you teaspoon okay so let’s justforth the teaspoon but I think twoteaspoons of vanilla and a little bit ofsalt and now this is going to be readyso when our cookies are done waiting forthe one-minute this kind of hard beingleft-handed these days we really want itto boil you know for about exactlyminutes for the sugar just completelymelted yeah this is a crucial partbecause you don’t want to over boil itcuz it’ll scorch but if you don’t go getlong enough it’ll have like a grainytexture yes I’m undissolved sugar andthat’s not me very good chocolatier okayas I’m waiting on our production managerwho is behind the cameraaka a sous chef we’re gonna go ahead andadd in the oats the peanut butter thesalt and vanilla did you want to put thevanilla in yeah and we didn’t have anyparchment paper so if you don’t honorthey don’t worry we’re using tinfoilyeah[Music]all this together just peanut butterit’s gonna melt the oats are gonna getcoated in chocolate I mean this haschocolate peanut butter butter and sugarhow you going you like you don’t gowrong and this is the part that you wantto have you know a partner with yougorgeous when you’re making it becauseher arms gonna get tired in a fewsecondsso I’ll take over we’ll take turnsexactly just scoop our cookies on horsesoil because you want them to be likethistablespoon sighs yes so there you canjust pick one up in the spoonful of so Imean that’s it they should be calledit’s just me my Brown spoonful now we dothe honors ignore the lines from theearlier and we’re gonna go ahead andjust scoop spoonfuls onto the foil oopsfirst one down is first messilythese are my I like to eat them hot butyou like them cool down with you I’llget a bowl here in a minute and put abunch of bunch of it in a bowl how thiscity here’s a really neat
