Ingredients:
1 cup Maida
1/2 cup Besan
2 tbsp Suji
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
Cardamom Powder
1/2 cup Ghee
Pistachio
Method :-
👉🏻Add Maida, Besan, Suji, Powdered Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, Cardamom Powder and mix well
👉🏻Add Ghee and make a firm dough
👉🏻Make small balls from the dough
👉🏻Grease the tray with Ghee/ Oil
👉🏻Put nankhatai balls on the tray
👉🏻Make cut marks on the balls
👉🏻Add and top the balls with chopped Pistachios
👉🏻Bake at 170 degree for 20 mins
