SIFT POWDERED SUGAR AND BEAT WELL TILL AIRY AND FLUFFY
ADD EGG MIXTURE OF EGG AND VANILLA ESSENCE
SIFT FLOUR MIXED WITH BAKING POWDER THROUGH CUT AND FOLD METHOD
REFRIGERATE THE COOKIE DOUGH BY COVERING, IN REFRIGERATOR FOR ONE HOUR
PREPARE COOKIE BALLS WITH GLAZED RED CHERRIES,ROLL IN CRUSHED CORNFLAKES AND ARRANGE IN PREPARED BAKING TRAY
BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN
CHECK FOR DONENESS AND REST IN COOLING RACKS AND SERVE WARM.
