Ingredients :
1) All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
2) Salted Butter/Unsalted Butter ( at Room Temp.) – 1/2 cup
3) Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup ( or adjust according to your taste)
4) Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp
5) Melted Chocolate ( Milk/Dark compound/ Dairy Milk/Other) – 1 tsp
6) Vanilla essence / Vanilla Extract – 1-2 drops
7) Milk at Room Temp. – 2 tbsp ( or according to your requirement)
8) Salt – pinch (if needed))
9) Salt – approx. 1 cup ( spread on the base of Idli cooker/Pressure cooker)
10) Oil – for greasing the vessel
You can make 16-20 cookies by this measurements.
DO NOT FORGET TO SPREAD SALT ON THE BASE OF IDLI/PRESSURE COOKER TO AVOID BURNING.
