chewy sugar cookie recipe:
3/4 cup butter (room temp)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs (room temp)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt (or as much as you’d like because let’s be real here salt is life)
2 1/4 tsps baking powder
cream cheese icing recipe:
8oz cream cheese (room temp)
4 tbsp or a half a stick of butter (room temp)
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of that fancy fancy nutmeg
