I make snowball ball cookies from a recipe that has passed around in my family and i want to share with you.
the recipe-
2 cups of jiffy mix
8 tbsp of water (tbh i feel now that it could of used some more)
1/2 cup of powder sugar
1 teaspoon of almond extract ( after making them I feel like they needed to have more extract, i would adjust this to 2 tbsp because the extract i used was VERY weak.
mix together, bake at 350 until golden brown.
let them cool off, but while they are still warm, roll them in powder sugar.
