Recipe:
Ingredients:
-1 package of Double Stuffed Oreos
-4oz Cream Cheese you can add up to 8 but I like 4oz better
-White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Chop Oreos finely in a food processor or blender. Save some of the Oreos for garnish later and set it aside in a bowl. You don’t need too much.
With hands or a spoon, I just think hands are faster. mash softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos until well combined.
Roll into 1 inch balls and put them in the freezer. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
While balls are in freezer, melt chocolate in pan.
Pull Oreo Truffles out of freezer, and dip in chocolate. Garnish with revered Oreo crumbs before the chocolate sets up.
Let chorale set, refrigerate, and enjoy!
