This reminds me of a very savory version of no-bake protein bars. I would probably modify the recipe to make it healthier though, i.e. substitute almond milk for cow milk, substitute steel cut oats for old time oats, and eliminate the butter and excess sugar. But, chocolate, peanut butter, and vanilla are always a win.
First comment and they look amazing xx
Kira and Memphis are adorable helpers lol
I’m impressed you’re making something new Jess, I’m making spaghetti tonight, I’m impressed you liked my comment over on Gone to the Snow dogs last night
Oooooo they look so good! I love peanut butter and chocolate
I love how Jamie is the guinea pig when trying stuff! XD I just thought of this now but you should make a dog version of this on the dogs channel!
If Jamie gets in effusive about anything like these cookies I will rush out and buy all the ingredients and make it
This looks absolutely perfect. Will definitely try this recipe.
I can taste them from here lol…Kira and Memphis eating peanut butter, so cute 😀
YAAAAAAY! Mom used to make those all the time when I was a kid.
1:01 lol!! These looked amazing! I love your motto, “if I can cook it, so can you!”
These look delicious! I have never made No-bake cookies either, so I might have to try this soon!
Yummm that looks so delicious I might make some
I think they would be good as bars and with raisins too, making a nice snack for on the road.
Looks delicious i made something like these before they are so yummy
Love you’re cooking channel
This is a recipe that I have in a cookbook my mother had in her collection from the mid 1960s when I was young. She made this many times when I was young. It is a wonderful tasting cookie that is a “no bake alternative” to cookies that are baked.
Was weird but funny to hear “cocoa powder, not carob.”
Wow that is crazy I love to make these cookies they are so good! I think they are called Tokyo cookies.
