Sea Salt Chocolate Cookies
(A) 500gm Lurpak salted butter
(B) 900gm Biscuit mix
200gm cornflke (crushed)
30gm cocoa powder
(C) 250gm Callebaut 811 Chocolate chip
(E) 250gm Sea salt flake
method :
1. Beat (A) till creamy , add in (B) mic well until combined
2. Roll the dough into shape of ball & flatten it
3. Gently press a few chocolate chip on top of the flattened dough
4. Bake them at 170c for 20-25 minutes
5. Sprinkle the cookies with sea salt flake as soon as the cookies are removed from the oven
