Making cookies and jamming!! クッキーを作ってジャムるぜー！
We are going to make cookies for mom for her birthday!
Maraschino Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter (57 g)
3/4 cup brown sugar (165g)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp almond extract
Food coloring
1 1/2 cups flour (204g)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup drained chopped cherries
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Notes
Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
Drain cherries, set on a paper towel and then chop
Mix butter and sugar
Add egg and extracts
Add food coloring
Mix dry ingredients
Add to wet ingredients with a spatula
Add cherries and chocolate
Make into balls and place on cookie sheets with parchment paper
Add extra cherries and chocolate to make them look full and yummy
Bake for 14-16 minutes (try to take them out right before they start to turn brown)
