eyes inyour skin and also vitamin C which isgood for your immune system and they’regonna add a nice natural sweetness toour cookie the way we’re going to cutthem is by shredding them and we’regonna do that by using a box grateryou can also buy your carrots credits oryou can use a food processor to shredthem as well but today we’re gonna beusing a box grater and kids this isdefinitely one that you want to do it’slots of fun to shred your carrots nowthat we have our carrot shredded we’regonna just add that right to our bowlI’m so glad I got my son helping todayshred the carrots so now we have all ouringredients in our bowl ready to go I’mjust gonna add one seasoning and that iscinnamon cinnamon has lots ofantioxidants really healthy for you andit’s gonna add such a nice flavor to ourcookies you can also use things likenutmeg or ginger or pumpkin pie spiceall kinds of different seasonings thatyou can find in your pantry to add toyour cookies to make this your owncustomized no
