1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup quick oats
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla to the butter and sugar mixture.
Add oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix. Mix until incorporated.
Stir in the chips and pretzels.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
