In this video our mom teaches us how to bake our first vegan cookies. This was a fun learning experiment.

Ingredients for Vegan Chocolate chip cookies
2 1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 Cup coconut oil
2/3 Cup cane sugar
2/3 Cup brown cane sugar
1/2 Cup any plant base milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Cups of Vegan Chocolate chips
Mix your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Then mix your wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine all the ingredients together add the chocolate chip or peanut butter. Place a table spoon of cookie dough on a baking sheet. Pre-heat oven to 350 and bake cookies for 10 or 14 minutes.
