Lactation Cookies Healthy and Delicious | How to make Lactation Cookies Recipe
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup malunggay or moringa leaves
2 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings (optional): Chocolates, nuts, and raisins

Procedure:
🔸️chop 1 cup malunggay leaves finely.
🔸️mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in 2 separate bowls.
🔹️ pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and whisk or use mixer to combine.
🔸️Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop mixed ingredients or batter into baking with parchment sheet and add some more of your preferred flavor toppings.
🔹️Bake for 15mins, and then voila.
🔸️Repeat the same procedure in each flavor. Remember only bake for 15 mins. Enjoy!

[Music]guys welcome back to my channelfor today’s vlog i’m gonna be sharingwith you my very own recipeof lactation cookies plantation cookiesareperfect not only for lactating mothersbut also for everyone who just lovecookiespersonally this is one of my favoritesbecause it’s healthy and it’s deliciousat the same timeso before we get started make sure thatyou subscribe to my channel and don’tforget to click the bell button belowso you’ll get notified every time i havenew videos like this one[Music]to start i’m chopping one cup of freshmalongai or moringa leavesas we all know moringa is a verynutritious plantit has a lot of health benefits and oneis being rich with antioxidantsi’m also adding two cups ofold-fashioned oatstogether with our one cup of choppedmalonga leavesand two tablespoons of chia seedsso these are the three superfoods thatour lactation cookies are gonna be madeofnow i’m gonna prepare the dryingredients i’m gonna be using two cupsof all-purpose flourwhen it comes to baking i always makesure that i sift my flournot only because sifting makes it easierto mix with the other ingredientsbut also to prevent unwanted lumps inour batter[Music]as you can see those are the lamps thatwe don’t want to ruin our batterso just throw them away now i’m gonnaaddone teaspoon of baking powder[Music]one teaspoon of baking sodaone teaspoon of cinnamon powderjust mix all the dry ingredientstogether and after that we can proceedto the liquid ingredientsin a separate bowl i’m adding 1 cup ofmelted butterit is ideal to use unsalted butterhoweveri only have salted butter available fornow so what i did is just i omit salt inthis recipei’m also adding two eggsjust mix the butter and the eggssorry about that so yeah just mix thebutter and the eggs very wellone half cup brown sugar[Music]one half cup granulated sugarso i prefer using melted butter insteadof softened butterbecause it creates a golden color i loveit when my cookies has thatcaramelized color in it[Music]i’m also adding two teaspoons of vanillaessencefor extra flavorso you can see all the liquidingredients aremixed very well all together now i’mgonnapour in the dry ingredientsinto the liquid ingredients so what i dois i pourhalf of the flour first and gently mixit inusing a spatula before adding the restthis prevent the flour from spreadingallover my kitchenyou can continue mixing these using aspatulabut if you are too excited to taste yourlactation cookies you better use handmixerfor a faster procedureit’s time to add in two cups ofold-fashioned oats1 cup chopped malonga leaves or moringaleavesand then add in two tablespoons of chiaseedsand mix them[Music]so i just preheated the oven to 350degreesand now using an ice cream scoop i’mgonna portion the batter into baking panwith parchment paperfor the toppings i’m adding insome chocolate chunks[Music]it’s baking time make sure to leave thecookies in the oven for only 15 minutesat 350 degrees you do not want to overbake themor underbake them if you want them tocome out perfectlyand there you go you have your lactationcookies with chocolate toppingsthey are perfectly baked and that’s thecolor that i’m expectingjust let it cool down and then transferto a cooling rackcontinue baking the rest of the batterthis time i’m gonna be adding someraisinsor cranberry raisins as toppingsso this is already my second batch oflactation cookiesbut i’m gonna show you that inside theoveni still have the same temperature it’s350 degreesand i’m gonna leave these cookies forabout 15 minutesnothing change it’s the same procedureas the first onewhich is the lactation cookies withchocolate chip toppings[Music]so[Music][Music][Music]umso we have just made four flavors orfour kinds of lactation cookies so wehave ourchocolate flavor walnut flavorour oats or oatmeal flavorand lastly a combination of chocolatesand almond flavorthere you go guys ourdelicious and healthy lactation cookiesmake sure that you make this at homebecausethis is very healthy and perfect forlactating mothersbye see you guys byebyethank you guys enjoy baking
