I have developed a recipe that’s similar, but mine is one that you leave, covered, on the counter for 12 to 15 hours to ferment. I gave the recipe to my Mom and she wasn’t crazy about making it. But I made her promise me that she would make it at least once. Well…. she did and it became her most favorite bread to make, and she made it once or twice a week until she passed on. 🙂 She was 86 when she passed, and kneading dough was difficult for her. Your recipe and mine are just what people “knead” as they get older but still want to bake. Thanks for sharing !
