Ingredients
Salted Butter -120g
Sugar Powder- 70g
Egg -1
Maida- 170g
Jam-1/4 cup
Preparations:
Add 120g Salted Butter( do not use melted butter)
Blend it well
Add 70g powdered Sugar
Blend well
Add 1 egg and blend
Sieve the maida flour
Add the flour and mix
Apply oil in Pizza Pan
Put the mixture into a cone
Shape it in your choice
Pre heat pan for 5 mins
Place the shaped biscuits inside the pan
Cook it for 20 mins in medium flame
After 20 mins once the cake is semi cooked
Place Jam on it
Remove it
Ready to serve
